The Arts and Training Council builds appreciation, participation and help for arts and arts education throughout the St. Louis group. My lifelong ambition to be an educator and my love for the Tamil language made the NIE Bachelor of Arts (BABSc) diploma programme the perfect platform for me to pursue each of my passions.
